Collateral. When Credit Won’t Cut It.

It takes two numbers to make a loan: a credit number on the applicant and a collateral number on the property. Credit takes a couple of minutes to obtain. Before FNC entered the process in 1999, collateral information might take a couple of weeks. Lenders and appraisers who use FNC’s collateral tools have reduced that to days and integrated collateral data throughout their enterprise.
