This data product provides summary sales statistics for both distressed and non-distressed markets. The data is available for single-family homes and condos at various geographical levels, including census tract, zip code, county, MSA, state, and national. The summary statistics are calculated for multiple time intervals—1, 3, 6, and 12 months—and are updated on a monthly basis. Market Statistics Monitor is a subscription product, delivered monthly via e-mail in a .TXT format that can be opened in Excel or other data programs.
